Ana Trigo

Ana Filipa Ribeiro Trigo, a winemaker-biologist, is the founder behind NOMEDA, born from her passion for creating excellent wines in the Douro Superior. She chose Quinta de Vale Pereiro, in the nearly deserted village of Vale Pereiro, Longroiva, Mêda, as the home for her project. Her work unites tradition, sustainability and territorial identity, producing limited-edition, single-varietal wines with minimal intervention.
