Luís Alves

Luís Alves is the contact person for Porcus Natura, a producer based at Herdade de São Luís, near Ermida de São Luís da Mogueira, in the Montemor-o-Novo area. The farm raises Alentejano pigs, Angus cattle, Merino sheep and Serpentina goats, following a regenerative, extensive management system that values animal welfare and soil health. Through the Absoluto brand, it selects the best pigs to produce items such as loin, presa, pluma, ham, shoulder and back loin.
