Stephan Dahl is the founder of the São Mamede Wine Project. He previously founded The Quinta Project, an ecoqueer experimental space in Portugal, and held senior academic and programme leadership roles in the UK, Portugal, Australia, and Hong Kong, including as Associate Professor at Charles Darwin University. He is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
