Susana Vilar

Susana Vilar is a founder of Vilar da Monteirinha, a regenerative agricultural project rooted in Sonim, a village in northeast Portugal. Since 2014, she and her family have been developing sustainable food production, ecological land restoration, and immersive territorial experiences that connect people to the land and local culture. The project embodies a permaculture ethos focused on soil health, biodiversity, and building a viable future for rural communities.
