Portugal opens €4m call for farming and forestry information actions
Portugal's Ministry of Agriculture and the Sea has launched the first call under the PEPAC's Training and Information intervention, worth €4 million, to fund Information Actions in the farming, forestry and agri-food sectors. Farmers' organisations linked to IFAP's Single Application protocol can receive up to €300,000 per application, while other eligible bodies, including cooperatives, associations and technology centres, are capped at €70,000. Support covers 95% of costs for activities such as in-person sessions, publications, trade fair participation, videos and webinars, focused on water management, natural resource protection, financial literacy and digital transition. Applications are submitted via the Balcão dos Fundos da Agricultura.
