Alda

Alda is a woman from the north of Portugal, a mother and grandmother, and a long-time cook for large groups, with a mastery of seitan. As part of the Salsa em Festa team, she ensures the pantry never runs short, and that vegetable stalks and peels become stocks, condiments or other small luxuries before reaching the compost bin.
