Elias Gellweiler

Elias, originally from Bavaria, manages holistic cattle practices with Mertolengas breed and oversees Terra Preta production. Though trained in horticulture, he has chosen to work primarily with animals. He enjoys canoeing, hiking, exploring the Alentejo, and travelling between Lisbon and Berlin.
