Nathalie

Nathalie is co-founder of Mellow Cogumelo, a permaculture project in the Alentejo combining gourmet mushroom farming, mobile Neapolitan pizza, and land stewardship. Belgian by background, she grew up in the African bush, where wide open spaces and a deep connection to nature shaped her way of seeing the world. She found in the landscapes of Alentejo an immediate sense of home, and together with her partner Danny built a shared life and business around food, cultivation, and the land.
