Rúben Barroso grew up in Alentejo, learning to farm from childhood. As Farm Operations Supervisor at Terramay, he oversees landscape management, livestock, trees, pastures, and mechanised operations with deep knowledge of regenerative agriculture and local terroir. A passionate advocate for sustainable farming practices, he manages all on-farm operations with an eye toward environmental stewardship.
