Eco Vale Feridouro

Eco Vale Feridouro is a collective living in Feridouro, Águeda, dedicated to holistic regeneration of land, people and ecosystems around the Cabeço Santo reforestation project.
Eco Vale Feridouro is a collective of people living together in the place of Feridouro, in Belazaima do Chão, Águeda, in the heart of Nature. Formed around the reforestation initiative known as Cabeço Santo, the community aims to go beyond simple land restoration, striving to co-create a place of transmission and holistic regeneration — encompassing nature, human beings, and animals alike. The group describes itself as a collective of beings committed to living in harmony with Mother Earth, embracing a shared long-term vision of stewardship for the land.
At the core of the project is the growth of an emerging communal village, intended to ensure the long-term management and care of the territory. This is supported by people who have made a genuine commitment to the project's mission, working together toward reforestation, regeneration, and community living. The initiative is closely tied to the Associação Cabeço Santo, which lends institutional support to gatherings, volunteer opportunities and educational events held on site, including eco-gatherings that bring together participants from the wider regenerative and conscious-living community in Portugal.
Eco Vale Feridouro presents itself as more than a residential project — it is an evolving experiment in cooperative land stewardship, ecological restoration and community-building, open to those wishing to become long-term co-founders or short-term volunteers. Its work connects reforestation efforts with the broader vision of creating an intentional community rooted in ecological and social regeneration.
Our Goal
To co-create an intentional community in Feridouro, Belazaima do Chão, that lives in harmony with nature while supporting the long-term reforestation and regeneration of the surrounding land through the Cabeço Santo project.
Our Wishes
The community welcomes new members, volunteers and co-founders interested in reforestation, permaculture and building a communal village together.
