Malogica Solar, based in Gandra, offers solar PV and energy storage systems and covers every stage from consultation to installation and long-term support.
Malogica Solar supplies high-efficiency solar panels, smart inverters, battery storage systems, mounting accessories and energy management software, and puts them together as complete clean energy systems. The company is based in Gandra. Its clients are residential, commercial and industrial: homeowners who want lower energy bills, businesses looking for a competitive edge, and large-scale industrial operations after significant energy savings. Each system is tailored to the client's needs.
The founder, Jörg Weishaupt, is a veteran tech entrepreneur. The company's stated mission is to make solar energy accessible to everyone. It offers free consultations and personalised quotations, and explains the cost savings, return on investment and environmental benefits of switching to solar. It also provides ongoing maintenance and support to installers, consultants and end clients.
Malogica Solar has a growing team of between 11 and 50 employees. It belongs to the Malogica Solutions group, alongside Malogica Systems, Malogica Software and other ventures. Its marketing uses the tagline “Because the Best Energy is Renewable” and focuses on 100% clean energy generation, lower CO2 emissions and long-term care for the environment. Through its blog and public appearances, the company also explains solar regulations and technology in Portugal.
Our Goal
Malogica Solar wants to make 100% clean, renewable solar energy accessible and cost-effective for homeowners, businesses and industrial clients across Portugal, and to help them achieve energy independence and reduce their carbon footprint.
