Sintropia Temperada is a regenerative agriculture farm in Palmela that produces food through syntropic agroforestry consortia while restoring soil and water cycles. It also offers consultancy, pedagogical gardens, internships, volunteering and training in syntropic farming.

Sintropia Temperada is a farm and research project based in Palmela, Portugal, dedicated to implementing agricultural systems grounded in syntropic and regenerative principles. The team designs agroforestry consortia that increase productivity, sequester atmospheric CO2, reduce dependency on fertilizers and irrigation, improve soil health, and restore natural water cycles, while also serving as living pedagogical tools. The project offers several services: customized organic food boxes ('cabazes') delivered without agrochemicals; consultancy for individuals, businesses and farms wanting to apply regenerative and syntropic agriculture principles to their own land or gardens; and the creation of pedagogical agroforestry gardens for schools and institutions aiming to teach the next generation about regenerative food production. Since 2022, Sintropia Temperada has hosted Erasmus students for daily practice and university-length placements of three to nine months. Since 2024, it has also welcomed volunteers through the Worldpackers platform, offering a rural, hands-on regenerative experience. The project regularly organizes courses and workshops on syntropic agriculture, taught by invited specialists, with accessible pricing and special conditions for farmers. Sintropia Temperada positions itself as part of a broader movement recognizing regenerative agriculture as a necessity for humanity, inviting the public to engage through consumption choices, learning opportunities, and direct participation in open-day events such as the one scheduled for July 2026.
