Quinta Ecosophia

Quinta Ecosophia is a permaculture farm and community space located in Colares, close to Sintra, Portugal. Founded by Denise Luxton, the project blends regenerative agriculture with cultural and educational activities, hosting concerts, workshops, and public talks that explore themes ranging from music to history and pacifism. Volunteers have taken part in permaculture-based farm work, helping organise and distribute tasks across the team, reflecting the project's participatory and community-oriented spirit.
