Neos Life

Neos Life is an ambitious and visionary project located 75 minutes east of Lisbon in the Alentejo region of Portugal, near Montemor-o-Novo. Spread across 1,000 acres of unspoiled nature, it is being developed as a holistic ecosystem that integrates regenerative design, wellness, consciousness practices, and intentional community living. The project is structured around five interconnected pillars: a physical village for visitors and residents, a transformational centre for learning and healing, residential eco-living, a global community network, and active land regeneration. Neos Life currently welcomes guests through events, retreats, and programmes — including 'HALO' community weekends, a nine-month New Earth Leadership flagship programme, and 'Regenerative Escape' nature stays. It also offers its venue for weddings, festivals, conferences, and private retreats. The philosophy of Neos Life is grounded in what it calls the 'New Human' — a being who lives with integrity and consciousness across three interconnected dimensions: self, relationships, and the environment. The project draws on regenerative agriculture principles, biophilic design, nature-based education, and transformational personal development. Co-founders Karen Aiyana Birch (Creative Lead) and Vincent Daranyi (Business Lead) bring complementary visions to the project, supported by a diverse team of architects, regenerative designers, and wellness practitioners. Partners include Inphinity Design, Ekogaio, Biotonomy, and Smarthood, alongside council members such as Dr. Zach Bush MD. Neos Life is also developing a digital academy app offering masterclasses from multiple experts. The project is openly seeking team members, volunteers, and future residents who share its vision for a more regenerative and conscious way of life.
