PurposeFlow Living is a regenerative living community and retreat centre in Pavia, Alentejo, Portugal, working on ecological restoration, wellbeing and community life. Founded by Anthony Ryan and now a registered association, it brings together a global network of people committed to a harmonious and sustainable relationship with nature.

The work centres on water retention and soil regeneration, on living practices, and on regenerative solutions that answer both ecological and human needs. Behind it is a stated mission: to unite a global community of diverse talents for a harmonious and regenerative future.
Guests live in community, surrounded by nature, and rest at their own rhythm. The centre holds events, workshops and programmes meant to encourage self-discovery, personal growth and active care for the environment. Guests and volunteers have described what came out of their stay, from better mental health to a renewed sense of purpose and connection.
Anthony Ryan founded the project and has been stewarding it since 2021 as a land and community project oriented towards regeneration. A greenpreneur born and raised in Africa, shaped by what nature taught him, he wants to connect people, animals, plants and all living beings through eco-conscious living and collective consciousness.
PurposeFlow Living partners with organisations along the same lines and welcomes volunteers, retreatants and community members. Its values are mindfulness, respect, unity and evolution.
