Sat Village is a pioneering conscious eco-community project taking shape in Portugal, located close to Sintra and Ericeira — one of Europe's premier surf destinations — and within easy reach of Lisbon International Airport. The project is designed around the principles of intentional, sustainable living, inviting residents to wake up to sweeping valley views, practise morning yoga at a neighbouring ashram and yoga centre, and work from a community centre nestled in nature while children play freely outdoors.
Day-to-day life is supported by an on-site organic minimarket stocked with essentials, while the vibrant town of Ericeira provides additional shops, restaurants, and beaches just a short distance away. The development comprises 18 vacation homes available for purchase, with a pre-sale phase open to early registrants. Founded by Pooja, whose journey into conscious living began over a decade ago through yoga, and co-developed alongside Tristan, Sat Village embodies a vision of offering the best of both worlds: a deeply grounded, community-oriented life in nature, combined with the connectivity and convenience of proximity to Lisbon. The project aspires to become a model for how people can live together more sustainably, meaningfully, and joyfully in Portugal.
