What these projects share is a refusal to treat the body separately from the place it lives in. The practices vary enormously (bodywork, systemic constellation, breath, ceremony, sound) and so does the training behind them, which is worth checking rather than assuming.

Healing Circle Sanctuary works from the hills above Silves. Quinta Das Abelhas runs a systemic constellation centre in central Portugal. Rural Escapes hosts retreats off-grid in the Serra de Monchique, Terra Verde restored a 150-year-old manor near Côja for the purpose, and Monte da Vida does it on a working forest farm.
