Naturalmente Retreat is a wellness and intentional living space nestled in the natural beauty of the Central Algarve, near Alte, Portugal. Designed for people feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or simply disconnected from themselves and others, the retreat provides immersive experiences that help visitors slow down, restore their energy, and reconnect with what truly matters.
The retreat offers a range of programmes tailored to different needs and timescales: a 3-day Recharge experience for a quick but meaningful reset, a 7-day immersion for deeper restoration and connection, and a full month-long programme for those ready to shift their lifestyle patterns. Each programme draws on a combination of nature-based practices, movement, mindfulness, sound healing, herbalism, and authentic connection exercises.
Specialist facilitators contribute to the retreat experience, including Carlos Mendonça and Carina Savita, who guide holistic and authentic living practices; Johnny White (also known as Kior), a musician, holistic therapist, and Reiki master who uses intuitive sound and spiritual practices for healing; and João Beles, who shares knowledge of medicinal plants through courses and immersive journeys connecting plant wisdom with chakra systems.
Naturalmente also hosts group sessions in Tantra and Nude Yoga, focused on presence, authenticity, and consent-based connection, offering a safe and respectful space for those who feel at home in naturist practices.
Beyond short retreats, Naturalmente offers a co-living option for residents who wish to align their work with their life purpose, contributing to a shared community while living in harmony with nature. The retreat embodies the belief that balance, meaningful work, and authentic relationships are the foundations of a fulfilling life.
